Fia Gulliksson is a prominent member of the Swedish slow food movement. Her dishes are simple and feature high quality local produce. She will be preparing a fish dish, smoked whitefish with barley, dried chanterelle mushrooms and goat's cheese.
Hanna Schygulla, who was born in 1943, grew up in Munich. From the early 1970's she appeared in all but one of Rainer Werner Fassbinder's films. She also started a career as a chanson singer in the 1990's and was awarded a Golden Bear for lifetime achievement at this year's Berlin Film Festival.
A retrospective on Yves Saint Laurent opens in Paris on March 11th. The exhibits include some 300 dresses, sketches, films and documents covering over 40 years. The patron of the exhibition is Carla Bruni Sarkozy.
